This will be our Spring experience that is normally our DiscipleNow/ Lift/ Breakthrough weekend. MZS will travel to KY on Friday March 12 (a student/ teacher holiday with GCPS) and arrive at the Ark around dinner time for a unique and exclusive experience where our group will have the whole ark to ourselves for the entire night. We will also be allowed to sleep over night on the ark as well. Students will need money for three meals on the road and for spending on whatever gifts and souvenirs they want. Additional information with packing list will be sent out after registration is completed.
The Ark Encounter features a full-size Noah’s Ark, built according to the dimensions given in the Bible. Spanning 510 feet long, 85 feet wide, and 51 feet high, this modern engineering marvel amazes visitors young and old.
We will meet at the church at 9am on Friday, March 12th, and approximate return time will be 8pm on Saturday evening the 13th.
